Directions from Downtown Washington, D.C. - Via the George Washington Parkway
From downtown Washington, D.C, take the George Washington Memorial Parkway out to the Capital Beltway (I-495). At the beltway, head north toward Maryland. After 4 miles, merge onto I-270 North. Take exit 6B for MD-28 West/W Montgomery Avenue toward Poolesville/Darnestown. Follow MD-28 for 0.7 miles, then turn left at the stoplight for Darnestown Road. In approximately half a mile, Brightview Fallsgrove will be on your left.
Directions from Germantown and points north.
Head south on I-270 towards Washington, D.C. Take exit 6B for MD-28 West/W Montgomery Avenue toward Poolesville/Darnestown. Follow MD-28 for 0.7 miles, then turn left at the stoplight for Darnestown Road. In approximately half a mile, Brightview Fallsgrove will be on your left.
