At Brightview, we believe in person-centered care. Often, when a person is diagnosed with a disease, it can be difficult to focus on things other than caregiving for that disease. Each resident at Brightview is treated as a whole individual with likes and dislikes, joys and interests. We work to engage our residents in ways that stimulate and encourage them to grow.
Our Memory Care communities are designed to meet the specific needs of these special residents. Common areas are close together and residents can move about freely, even going outside where they can garden and enjoy fresh air. Private apartments have unique design features, like contrasting colors to help locate things like bathroom, or even the toilet within the bathroom. This lets residents move about independently and safely.
Your loved one will dine on delicious, chef-prepared meals, just like our independent and assisted living residents. Our dining servers are trained in the needs of Memory Care residents and help them enjoy mealtimes, almost as if they are in a restaurant.
