
Brightview Senior Living To Build in Danvers
Baltimore, MD – Brightview Senior Living, a regional senior living company received final site plan approval from the town of Danvers, MA for their latest senior living community in New England. Located at 50 Endicott Street in Danvers, MA, the rental community will consist of a total of 160 units, including 88 apartments for Independent living, 48 apartments for Assisted Living and 24 apartments in Wellspring Village for Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
Construction is targeted for the spring of 2007 with an opening date in the spring of 2008. The new apartment home community will offer those 62 and better a vibrant social environment where housekeeping, cooking, transportation, and maintenance are provided by friendly and caring staff members 24 hours a day.
